When you pay the 30 % deposit to hold your date, financial transactions are handled through secure payment providers. We do not require passports or identification documents to confirm your booking or board our vessels.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about your charter bookings, ask for corrections, or request complete deletion of your records. Because we do not publish phone numbers, postal addresses, or email addresses, all privacy requests and booking communications are handled directly through WhatsApp. Our team responds within 15 minutes during our daily operating hours of 9:00 to 23:00 GST.
