Pearl & Meridian Charter Terms
These terms govern every charter booked with Pearl & Meridian in Dubai. We operate a fleet of 88 yachts and boats departing from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. By paying a deposit, you accept the rules outlined below regarding payments, scheduling, guest conduct, and included services.

Reserving your charter and paying the balance
A date and time are confirmed only after you pay a 30 % deposit. We do not hold dates without this payment. The remaining balance is paid before departure. All quoted prices include VAT, fuel, a licensed captain and crew, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Prices range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with a minimum booking duration of 2 hours. Fleet options range from 33 ft to 164 ft, with capacities up to 90 guests. Contact us via the WhatsApp button on this site for all booking requests. We reply in the chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily.
Weather postponements and booking changes
If severe weather prevents sailing on your scheduled day, you choose the outcome. We can move the charter to a new date agreed in the chat, or we will refund your payment. All schedule changes and cancellation requests are handled directly through the WhatsApp button on our page. Please message us between 9:00 and 23:00 GST to process any changes to your reservation.
Policies for food, drinks, and guest capacity
Guests may bring their own food and beverages on board, including alcohol, without paying any corkage fee. Optional catering, BBQ menus, and bar service are available on request. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. However, total guest numbers must never exceed the maximum capacity of the booked boat, which can be up to 90 guests depending on the vessel size. Additional paid options such as water sports, fishing tackle, decorations, DJs, and transfers must be requested in advance via chat.
Coverage, safety equipment, and inclusions
Every charter includes full insurance, a licensed captain, and qualified crew to manage the vessel. Safety equipment, including life jackets, is provided on every craft from 33 ft to 164 ft. Our team ensures the vessel operates in accordance with standard safety protocols. Pearl & Meridian provides towels, ice, and soft drinks as part of the base hourly price for all bookings.
Clear answers before booking
How do you handle bad weather on the day of the trip?
If the weather does not allow sailing, you choose whether to move the charter to another date or receive a full refund of your payment. You can agree on a new date directly with our team in the chat.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my date?
Yes, a 30 % deposit is required to confirm your booking. Dates are not held without this payment. All listed rates already include VAT, fuel, crew, insurance, and basic refreshments.
Are we allowed to bring our own food and alcohol?
Yes, guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, onto the boat. We charge no corkage fee. Alternatively, you can request catering, BBQ menus, or bar service in advance via chat.
